IVF Monitoring
Note: We do not offer IVF itself, only monitoring (ultrasound and bloodwork) and other services your IVF clinic may order.
Michigan Institute of OB/GYN provides monitoring appointments and other services that your outside IVF/fertility clinic may order. Please note that your fertility clinic is who you should reach out to for interpretation of results and next recommended clinical steps, as our office is just providing the service as ordered by your clinic.
Before performing any service, we MUST have an order from your fertility clinic with the service requested and a diagnosis code. Once you have the order, please call the office to schedule your appointment (248-855-2229) and email your order to [email protected].
Services offered:
Transvaginal follicle check monitoring ultrasounds*
Bloodwork (including STAT labs)*
Intrauterine washes (hcg, PRP)
Endometrial Receptivity Analysis (ERA)
EMMA/ALICE Endometrial biospies
ReceptivaDx
Saline-infused sonohysterogram (SIS)
Hysteroscopy
Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)
FemaSeed Intratubal Insemination (ITI)
*Monitoring ultrasounds and bloodwork:
Your ultrasound report/images and STAT lab results are sent to your clinic the same day. You will get your results at the same time that we do.
We have one ultrasound technician in-office scanning on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Although uncommon, there may be times when we do not have ultrasound availability on those days, or we are full. We do our best to accommodate, but we thank you for understanding.
